<p>We consider the inverse problem of recovering a&#xa0;coefficient in a&#xa0;differential equation of the development model of a&#xa0;homogeneous biological population of organisms structured by age, taking into account the influence of migratory flows on the population’s viability. We establish conditions ensuring unique solution to the inverse problem and propose an algorithm for its numerical solution.</p>

摘要

We consider the inverse problem of recovering a coefficient in a differential equation of the development model of a homogeneous biological population of organisms structured by age, taking into account the influence of migratory flows on the population’s viability. We establish conditions ensuring unique solution to the inverse problem and propose an algorithm for its numerical solution.
