摘要

Record Management Systems (RMS) have undergone a significant transformation from traditional centralized architectures to blockchain-based solutions, addressing critical challenges in data security, system efficiency, and operational transparency. This paper presents a comprehensive literature review examining blockchain integration in RMS across multiple domains, including eHealth, self-sovereign ecosystems, Internet of Things (IoT), and Identity Access Management (IAM). The study evaluates implementations based on specific technical criteria: blockchain network architecture, deployment platforms, security frameworks, access control mechanisms, cryptographic algorithms, implementation efficiency, and economic considerations. Through systematic analysis, we identify the comparative advantages and limitations of various privacy and security approaches in blockchain-based RMS. The research reveals critical challenges in blockchain integration with existing RMS infrastructure and proposes potential solutions. This work contributes to the field by providing detailed technical schematics and implementation frameworks, establishing a foundation for future research and practical applications in decentralized record management. The study concludes by identifying key research directions necessary to enhance the integration of blockchain technology in RMS, particularly focusing on data security, integrity, and availability improvements.
