Exact solution of Vinti orbital motion

The elliptic integrals of the Vinti analytic satellite orbital motion theory are converted to a form suitable for computer evaluation. This advance will facilitate closed-form Vinti algorithms that are more compact, more accurate (i.e., exact to machine accuracy), and valid over a wider range of orbits than series expansion techniques.
