摘要

A 63-year-old woman referred for suspected borderline mucinous ovarian tumor was incidentally found to have a left atrial mass during CT staging. Cardiac MRI showed a 16-mm lobulated lesion with intense homogeneous late gadolinium enhancement, while PET-CT excluded malignancy. Transesophageal echocardiography demonstrated a pedunculated, vascularized mass arising from the interatrial septum, and coronary angiography revealed tumor vascular supply and concomitant coronary artery disease. Surgical excision of the mass and coronary bypass was performed. Histology confirmed atrial myxoma. Multimodal imaging was essential for accurate diagnosis and surgical planning.
