摘要

The study addresses the state of the art of steam jet and liquid jet apparatuses. A schematic diagram of a modern multi-nozzle steam jet apparatus is presented. The economic feasibility and payback period of modern steam jet vacuum systems driven by low-pressure steam are demonstrated. The paper provides a schematic description of an improved liquid jet apparatus with reduced hydrodynamic resistance, lower energy consumption, and a nozzle with centrifugal spray atomization of a viscous working fluid. The necessity of using internal built-in filtering elements in jet apparatuses is validated, and their most reliable design is presented.
