摘要

The study presents the main drawbacks of modern single-stage hydro-ejector vacuum systems (HEVS). Two-stage hydro-ejector vacuum systems are compared, their performance characteristics are calculated and described, and the most efficient HEVS is identified. The vacuum unit of a Russian refinery equipped with a two-stage HEVS is discussed. Comparative technical and economic indicators of single-stage hydro-ejector vacuum systems and the new two-stage HEVS are calculated. The paper discusses a distillation of vacuum gas oil in existing single-stage HEVS units, operated under dry distillation conditions with steam injection, against results obtained for a unit with a two-stage HEVS. Comparative technical and economic characteristics of vacuum units with two-stage and single-stage HEVS are provided.
