Ten Years of Industrial Operation of H-Oil Hydrockracker Unit: A Summary
摘要
The paper analyzes the average annual performance indicators (feedstock properties, product characteristics, and the extent of conversion) of H-Oil residue hydrocracker over the period 2015–2025 in processing 35 crude oil grades. It was established that an increase in reactor temperature by 1 °C and a decrease in throughput by 10 t/h result in a 1% increase in residue conversion. Over 10 years, the average annual conversion level rose from 43.4% in 2015 to 86.3% in 2020. Hydrocracked atmospheric residue total sediment existent decreases linearly from 0.4 to 0.1 wt% with a reduction in space velocity from 0.22 to 0.12 h–1.
