Methods for Testing the Deposition Tendency and Fuel Stability in Jet Engines
摘要
In this paper, we briefly describe methods for studying the thermal oxidation conversions of jet fuels during engine operation. Methods for testing dynamic thermal oxidation stability and the deposition tendency simulate various processes of deposit formation in the fuel system of a gas turbine engine. The chemical stability test method underlies the research into liquid-phase oxidation during fuel storage in tanks.
