<p>The incidence of complications during regional anesthesia reaches 0.05% and is determined by the level of training of the doctor and the instruments used. Ultrasound control can significantly reduce the risk of complications. Phantoms can improve operator skills. This article describes the process of creating a&#xa0;training phantom with vessels and nerves imitating the physical characteristics of human tissues and organs with high accuracy. The phantom was created to ensure effective training of vascular access procedures under ultrasound control and to train regional anesthesia technicians for peripheral nerve blockade. The phantom contains skin that provides the feeling of resistance when punctured with a&#xa0;needle. Results obtained by testing the phantom on an ultrasound scanner showed high similarity between the phantom and human tissues.</p>
