摘要

Ultrasound is widely used for early detection of tumors, including breast cancer, the incidence and mortality of which have increased significantly since 2008. Diagnostic accuracy depends on the qualifications of physicians, so it is important to pay attention to their training. Anthropomorphic phantoms that imitate human tissue are useful for this purpose. The aim of this work was to develop a library of abnormal masses to be placed inside a breast phantom to practice ultrasound diagnostic skills, perform punctures, and take biopsy samples. After testing the phantom created here in B‑mode and elastography mode, we assessed 19 participants. The results showed that the cyst model closest to the real scored 9.5 points on a similarity scale of 010. Thus, the breast phantom developed using the library created by us can be used for training to ultrasound, elastography, and ultrasound-guided biopsy.
