摘要

The impedance of manufactured skin simulators was studied using manufactured flat skin electrodes and electrodes based on solid metal and metallized polymer microneedles. The results showed that an increase in the number of microneedles in the array leads to a decrease in the measured impedance. Comparison of impedance relationships showed that maximal agreement of measured impedance values was obtained using electrodes based on the use of 25 metallized polymer microneedles and flat electrodes with current-collecting area 3.7 times larger than the area covered by the microneedles.
