Development of an experimental system for non-invasive rapid assessment of jaw bone regenerates
摘要
This article presents the development of a diagnostic system for recognizing the condition of periodontal tissues in normal and pathological conditions in real time. A technique was proposed and an information-measuring system with a unique sensor was developed for conducting experimental studies to assess the condition of periodontal tissues, which yielded values for the current work parameter of 0.088 ± 0.024 μJ in patients with an intact periodontium and 0.248 ± 0.051 μJ in patients after directed tissue regeneration. This statistically significant difference in the mean current work parameter in the study group and the reference group is explained by activation of biological issue repair processes after directed tissue regeneration, such that the data measurement system developed here can be used for early diagnosis of periodontal pathologies.
