<p>This article presents a&#xa0;thematic review of current problems and results of scientific developments based on materials from reports discussed at the section “Biomechanics and Challenges in the Correction and Treatment of the Musculoskeletal System” of the XVI International Scientific Conference “Physics and Radioelectronics in Medicine and Ecology—FREME’2024”. Particular attention is focused on the development and application of new approaches and technologies ensuring the high quality of plastic material for effective reconstructive and restorative surgical interventions, the creation of modern implantable elements, bionic prostheses, and other products used in implantology. The implementation of these developments is intended to promote the creation of new health-saving technologies and their widespread use in modern clinical practice.</p>

This article presents a thematic review of current problems and results of scientific developments based on materials from reports discussed at the section “Biomechanics and Challenges in the Correction and Treatment of the Musculoskeletal System” of the XVI International Scientific Conference “Physics and Radioelectronics in Medicine and Ecology—FREME’2024”.
