<p>This article presents a&#xa0;brief overview of the reports presented at the section “Biocybernetics and Mathematical Modeling” of the XVI International Conference “Physics and Radioelectronics in Medicine and Ecology—FREME’2024”, held on July&#xa0;2–4, 2024 in Suzdal. The section consisted of reports on the modeling of various processes involved in solving problems of human health-related diagnostics and simplifying these processes, modeling of electrical circuits and the processes occurring in electronic medical equipment, image processing, and transmitting medical information.</p>
