<p>The operation of the piezoelectric transducer of an echoscope was improved by using a&#xa0;damper with a&#xa0;non-cylindrical geometric shape. A&#xa0;technology for manufacturing mechanical dampers of complex shape was developed. The influence of the inclination angle of the generatrix of the conical damper on its absorption properties was studied.</p>

The operation of the piezoelectric transducer of an echoscope was improved by using a damper with a non-cylindrical geometric shape. A technology for manufacturing mechanical dampers of complex shape was developed. The influence of the inclination angle of the generatrix of the conical damper on its absorption properties was studied.
