<p>The basic principles of constructing a&#xa0;device for treating hearing loss by endaural phonoelectrophoresis, intended for treating sensorineural hearing loss, are validated. The mechanism of operation of the device, its capabilities, and application methods are described. Conclusions are drawn regarding the importance of using this device to improve quality of life in patients with sensorineural hearing loss.</p>
