摘要

Results from measurements of antithrombin III activity within the framework of single-factor analysis of four high-intensity thawing and warming regimes for human blood plasma are presented in comparison with standard technology. Examples of effective monitoring of the accuracy of thermal effects are shown with the aim of identifying local overheating of this biomaterial by double chromogenic measurements before and after heating. New knowledge has been obtained on the preservation of antithrombin III, supplementing conclusions from previous studies of the permissible limits of effects on blood plasma during thawing.
