摘要

We report here the development of a numerical model of a wireless energy supply module for an implantable spinal cord stimulator whose receiving part is placed in the subcutaneous tissue layer. Numerical modelling of changes in the output power and efficiency of the wireless energy supply module was performed for different fat layer thicknesses. This work showed that for the parameters selected for the wireless energy supply module, a change in fat layer thickness from 2 to 20 mm led to a change in the output power from 50 to 1130 mW and a change in total efficiency from 46.2 to 43.5%.
