PREDICTION OF THE RISK OF SUDDEN CARDIAC DEATH BASED ON HEART RATE VARIABILITY ANALYSIS AND THE DIAGNOSIS OF DANGEROUS RHYTHM DISORDERS

A method for the differential diagnosis of dangerous cardiac arrhythmias at short time intervals is proposed. The possibility of detecting ventricular arrhythmia using Holter monitoring in patients following dangerous myocardial infarction is assessed on the basis of evaluation and analysis of heart rate variability. Results from clinical studies and comparative analysis of clinical and history indicators of patients with ventricular arrhythmia are presented. The study was carried out at the First Cardiology Department, Multidisciplinary Clinic, Tashkent Medical Academy.
