<p>A comparative study was conducted to investigate the effects of recombinant human angiogenin and the conditioned media of human somatic cells (bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cells, EA.Hy926 endothelial cells, and human skin fibroblasts) on burn wound healing and the levels of IL-1β, TNFα, IL-10, VEGF, and NO in blood serum and skin samples from CD-1 mice. The study found that angiogenin, similar to the conditioned media of human somatic cells, accelerated wound healing in burns. The number of cytokines in the blood serum and skin changes when angiogenin and conditioned medium of human somatic cells are applied to the burn wound site. Recombinant human angiogenin demonstrated therapeutic potential comparable to that of conditioned media from human somatic cells in terms of wound healing.</p>
