<p>The effectiveness of the inactivated vaccines developed by us against the Newcastle disease virus was studied in chickens after infection with a highly virulent Alatau-98 strain. The vaccines in the form of a stable water-oil emulsion were prepared using Montanide ISA 70 VG adjuvant. The immunogenicity of the vaccines was checked 7, 14, 21, and 28 days after administration. The effectiveness was determined by the ability of the vaccine preparations to protect against the disease and by mortality after infection with a highly virulent Alatau-98 strain. Inactivated vaccines developed by us have shown promising results in protecting birds from Newcastle disease and can significantly improve disease control in domestic poultry.</p>
