<p>Digital technology can improve individuals’ lives substantially. Nonetheless, not everyone has access to it. This fact poses the question: is there an obligation to enable access to digital technology for everyone? We respond to this question affirmatively in this article, taking a Zhuangzian point of view. Particularly, we uphold that from a Zhuangzian viewpoint, we have duties towards everyone who shares the same nature; resultantly, there is an obligation beyond borders to bring digital technology to everyone.</p>
