<p>Quantitative versions of Helly's and Steinitz' theorems were first introduced by Bárány, Katchalski and Pach in 1982, and have grown into a well-studied field within discrete and convex geometry in the last decade. Quantitative versions of Helly's and Steinitz' theorems were first introduced by Bárány, Katchalski and Pach in 1982, and have grown into a well-studied field within discrete and convex geometry in the last decade.
