<p>Interstitial lung disease (ILD) is a&#xa0;frequent extra-articular manifestation of rheumatoid arthritis with a&#xa0;high morbidity and mortality in the progressive fibrosing course of disease. As the risk factors for occurrence and progression are well known, screening should be performed in patient populations at risk and thorough interdisciplinary follow-up and management are mandatory as treatment options are emerging.</p>

摘要
