Herz-Kreislauf im Weaning – Wichtige Aspekte der kardiopulmonalen Interaktion
摘要
Weaning from mechanical ventilation is an important step in the treatment of patients in intensive care units. During the transfer of patient from mechanical ventilation to spontaneous breathing significant cardiopulmonary interactions often occur. Adequate identification of patients at risk and monitoring and treatment of cardiac circulatory dysfunction up to weaning-induced pulmonary edema (WIPE) are essential. Echocardiography and lung ultrasound are reliable examination procedures in routine intensive care medicine.
