<p>Türkiye has gained a&#xa0;notable position in global almond production, as almonds are among the most important nut crops worldwide. Commercial almond cultivation in the country has expanded considerably over the past two decades, with intensive establishment of new orchards. In parallel, global almond production has also increased, making fruit quality a&#xa0;critical issue due to rising competition among producers. This study aimed to evaluate changes in fruit quality traits under different cultivation conditions. For this purpose, important fruit quality characteristics of two almond cultivars (‘Ferragnes’ and ‘Ferraduel’) were assessed in 12&#xa0;commercial orchards located in Adıyaman, the leading province for almond production in Türkiye. Kernel percentage ranged from 29.8 to 34.5% in ‘Ferragnes’ and from 24.2 to 28.8% in ‘Ferraduel’. The highest rates of shriveled kernels were recorded in ‘Ferragnes’ (44–90%), followed by ‘Ferraduel’ (2–24%). Principal component analysis revealed clear differentiation among orchards, and the results indicated significant differences in the examined traits between both orchards and cultivars.</p>
