<p>Table grapes are among the most widely consumed fruits globally, valued for their sensory qualities and nutritional value. However, postharvest deterioration remains a&#xa0;significant challenge during cold storage. This study evaluated the effectiveness of a&#xa0;single prestorage ozone fumigation (3,&#xa0;5, and 7 mL/L), sulfur dioxide fumigation (2500 ppm), grape guards, and sodium metabisulphite powder (1 g/kg grapes) on disease incidence and physicochemical quality parameters of ‘Manik Chaman’ grapes stored at 5 ± 2 °C and 85–95% relative humidity for 70&#xa0;days. All treatments, except sodium metabisulphite powder and the untreated control, effectively suppressed postharvest decay caused by <i>Rhizopus stolonifer, Fusarium</i> spp., and <i>Penicillium</i> spp., with no symptoms observed throughout the 70-day storage period. Among them, 7 mL/L ozone fumigation proved to be the most effective, achieving the maximum shelf life (70&#xa0;days), while retaining the highest berry firmness (4.20 N) and titratable acidity (0.70%) and exhibiting the lowest physiological weight loss (13.05%). Furthermore, it received the highest scores in sensory evaluations. These findings indicate that 7 mL/L ozone fumigation offers an effective and environmentally friendly alternative for postharvest disease control and quality maintenance in table grapes, making it a&#xa0;promising technology for commercial cold storage applications.</p>
