<p>The aim of this study was to determine the effects of iron applications on the levels of trans-zeatin riboside (tZR) in the cytokinin group, gibberellic acid (GA3) within the gibberellins, and indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) in the auxin group hormones in strawberry (<i>Fragaria vesca</i> ssp. <i>semperflorens</i>). This study was carried out over 2&#xa0;years at the Experimental Field of Agricultural Faculty of Van Yüzüncü Yıl University, Van, Türkiye. Ferrichel including 6% Fe was used as the iron source. Four different doses of iron (0, 75, 150, and 225 mg per plot) were applied to the soil in a&#xa0;randomized factorial trial design with three replications in 48&#xa0;plots as Fe<sub>0</sub>: 0 mg, Fe<sub>1</sub>: 4.5 mg, Fe<sub>2</sub>: 9.0 mg, and Fe<sub>3</sub>: 13.5 mg Fe per plot. The tZR levels with Fe<sub>1</sub> and Fe<sub>2</sub> applications decreased and were determined increases with Fe<sub>3</sub> application in the 2&#xa0;trial years. In both trial years, GA3 levels increased compared to control with increasing iron doses. IAA levels also showed increases up to Fe<sub>3</sub> doses, while decreasing with Fe<sub>3</sub> application. Conversely the highest mean tZR, and GA3 levels were 26.53 mg&#xa0;L<sup>−1</sup> and 468.17 mg&#xa0;L<sup>−1</sup> in Fe<sub>3</sub> application. As a&#xa0;result, tZR, GA3 and IAA levels increased with increasing iron doses. However, increases in IAA continued up to the Fe<sub>3</sub> dose, after which a&#xa0;decrease was determined.</p>
