<p>The purpose of this study was to compare the fertilization biology of the ‘0900 Ziraat’ cherry cultivar grafted on various rootstocks. In a&#xa0;15-year-old cherry orchard located in the Atabey District of Isparta Province in Turkey’s western Mediterranean region, the combinations of the ‘0900 Ziraat’ cherry cultivar on Mazzard, <i>Prunus mahaleb</i>, Gisela&#xa0;5, MaxMa&#xa0;14, and MaxMa&#xa0;60 rootstocks were studied in 2020 and 2021. For this purpose, the phenological periods of the combinations, floral biometry, pollen morphological homogeneity ratios, pollen viability, pollen germination rates and pollen tube lengths were observed. The fruits derived from the combinations were also subjected to pomological analyses (fruit width, length, weight, etc.). In the 2‑year research, there was no statistically significant (<i>p</i> ≤ 0.05) change observed between the years for any of the parameters looked at. The oldest of all phenological eras was the MaxMa series (MaxMa&#xa0;14, MaxMa&#xa0;60). The vegetative rootstocks (Gisela&#xa0;5, MaxMa&#xa0;14, and MaxMa&#xa0;60) yielded the greatest values for petal leaf diameter, female organ length, and female organ breadth. The same was true for fruit length and diameter. The pollen viability of all rootstocks was excellent (more than 90%), and vegetative rootstocks performed better in terms of pollen germination and pollen tube length. The ‘0900 Ziraat’ cherry cultivar’s fertilization biology characteristics on several rootstocks were examined in great depth in this study. This study needs to be supported by several rootstocks and cultivars.</p>
