Psychotherapeutisches Arbeiten bei Anfallserkrankungen im ambulanten Setting: eine integrative Herangehensweise

This article looks at the possibilities of outpatient psychotherapeutic work with seizure patients. It provides suggestions on the importance of the time frame in the treatment, on the variety of possible approaches that can result from an initial exploration, on the therapeutic relevance of the indirect anamnesis by others and on the therapeutic possibilities of different psychotherapeutic methods taking neurocognitive and sociocognitive aspects into consideration.
