Infertilität bei Endometriose und Adenomyose – welche Bedeutung hat die Implantation?
摘要
Endometriosis is one of the most frequent gynecological diseases. It is associated per se with the risk of subfertility. Chronic inflammatory reactions and an altered peritoneal environment impair the ovaries and the quality of oocytes. Miscarriages and implantation disorders are frequent. Whether the impaired implantation plays a more important role than previously assumed is still an insufficiently answered question.
