Optimization of a Crystallization Salt Separation System: Modification of Frozen Crystallization Technology in Mine Water Treatment
摘要
This paper explores the use and effectiveness of freezing crystallization technology in mine water treatment, analyzing the challenges of frequent occurrences of floating mirabilite, unstable system operation and low salt purity faced by this technology in practical production. Based on the results, this paper proposes measures such as equipment modification and pipeline adjustments to solve the problem. Before the modification, floating mirabilite occurred every five days in the system, while after the modification, the system could operate stably for a long time. Moreover, the purity of the produced NaCl increased from ≈ 90 to > 98%.
