How latent psychological variables of user experience affect the intention to use shared mobility services
摘要
This study explored the impact of latent psychological variables of user experience on the intention to use shared mobility services and provided strategies for its development. We first analyzed existing research on users’ willingness to use the services and obtained the latent variables of psychological experience that could affect users’ willingness to use. Second, we used the expert method to screen, supplement, and confirm the latent psychological variables. The KANO model was then used to measure the influence of these variables on intention to use. Finally, a shared travel service development model was constructed based on a discussion of the experimental results. The study found that eight latent psychological variables of user experience impacted it, and three development models suitable for different shared travel services were constructed according to the internal factors of the influence.
