<p>The construction industry in Indonesia significantly contributes to the country’s gross domestic product (GDP) while generating a substantial amount of waste, necessitating the implementation of effective waste management strategies and fostering collaboration across the supply chain. However, the influence of sustainable supply chain collaboration (SSCC) on improving sustainability performance through green innovation remains underexplored. Additionally, there is insufficient emphasis on assessing the strategic success of SSCC, and the persistent issue of construction and demolition waste (CDW) continues to hinder progress. This study aims to enhance the environmental performance of CDW management by implementing SSCC and integrating green innovation. To achieve this goal, we propose a multicriteria assessment framework that combines the fuzzy delphi method (FDM) and the fuzzy decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (FDEMATEL) to analyze the interrelationships among SSCC attributes. The findings underscore the critical role of environmental collaboration, green technologies, organizational drivers, sustainability performance, sustained competitive advantage, and collaborative culture in strengthening SSCC for CDW management. Furthermore, the study identifies six key criteria essential for guiding construction enterprises in improving SSCC: environmental commitment, business model innovations, green consumer partnerships, interpersonal relationships, responsible consumption, and long-term orientation.</p>
