摘要

The transition to renewable energy sources is vital for meeting the problems posed by climate change and depleting fossil fuel stocks. A potential approach to improve the effectiveness, dependability, and sustainability of power production systems is renewable energy hybridization, which involves the combination of various renewable energy sources and storage technologies. This paper provides a comprehensive review of integration strategies for hybrid renewable energy systems, focusing on the synergistic combination of solar, wind, hydro, biomass, and other renewable sources with energy storage solutions. Various integration techniques, including technological, economic, and regulatory elements, are investigated to find critical parameters impacting the successful deployment of hybrid renewable energy systems. Case studies and real-world examples are presented to illustrate the benefits and challenges associated with different integration strategies. The manuscript concludes with recommendations for policymakers, researchers, and industry stakeholders to accelerate the adoption of renewable energy hybridization and achieve more sustainable energy future.
