T-cell large granular lymphocytic leukemia associated with palindromic rheumatism: A case report
摘要
Large granular lymphocytic leukemia (LGLL) is often associated with autoimmune diseases, with rheumatoid arthritis diagnosed in approximately one-third of the patients. Nevertheless, other rheumatologic conditions should also be considered. We describe a male patient in his 50 s with a long-standing clinical history suggestive of palindromic rheumatism, who was diagnosed with LGLL leukemia during an evaluation for fever and neutropenia.
