Videolaryngoskopische endotracheale Intubation durch Notfallsanitäter*innen. Fallbeispiel einer erfolgreichen invasiven Atemwegssicherung im Rahmen einer Reanimation
摘要
This report presents a 63-year-old man who underwent endotracheal intubation via video laryngoscopy, conducted by the paramedic from the initial ambulance on scene during resuscitation for ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). The intervention of video laryngoscopic endotracheal intubation was performed after a district-wide training that focused on advanced airway management and included video laryngoscopic intubation for paramedics. Additionally, all ambulances were equipped with video laryngoscopes. The patient was subsequently discharged without any neurological deficits.
