Typ-A-Aortendissektion: Management in der Notaufnahme nach Ablehnung von Blutprodukten – ein Fallbericht
摘要
Treating patients with type A aortic dissection in the emergency room presents a complex, time-critical challenge. This case study describes a particularly challenging case involving ethical aspects, where a patient refused blood products for religious reasons and had to be managed elaborately in the emergency room until transfer. We discuss the ethical conflict arising from this situation, as well as the organizational and communication difficulties encountered, while organizing the patient’s transfer to a specialized center.
