Innerklinische Notfallnarkose – Sicherheit durch Standards
摘要
In-hospital emergency anesthesia is a complex medical procedure because, on the one hand, there is a lack of information regarding the patient’s medical history and, on the other hand, the measures are often time-critical due to the imminent danger to the patient’s life. Administration of in-hospital emergency anesthesia also requires high levels of human and material resources. The safety of in-hospital emergency anesthesia can be increased through good teamwork, established standards, and the use of aids. Checklist-based pocket cards that were developed for the hospital situation are presented here and represent are a useful way to apply all available knowledge on the subject of in-hospital emergency anesthesia in a structured manner, even in situations with time constraints.
