<p>Endovascular repair (EVAR) for abdominal aortic aneurysm and iliac aneurysm is a safe and valid treatment. However, it is associated with some different complications that may require reinterventions. Among these complications, abdominal endograft proximal collapse is an infrequent event. We report a case of acute type A aortic dissection and abdominal endograft proximal collapse in a patient previously treated with EVAR.</p>
