Scharfes Débridement – eine Pool-Tätigkeit
摘要
Sharp debridement is an essential measure in current wound management. The aim of this study was to evaluate the implementation, safety, efficacy and patient acceptance within the framework of a standardized procedure. A total of 47 patients were thus included. The analysis included follow-up observations over 14 days (T) from T0 to T14 as well as several visits. The results show that sharp debridement could mostly be carried out with only few complications. Slight erosion bleeding predominantly occurred, which was controlled by simple measures. Pain and anxiety values were on average in the low range. In addition, a significant reduction in wound size was achieved during the observation period. The results confirm the advantages of sharp debridement described in the guidelines and position papers [
