Operative Therapie des Endometriumkarzinoms im klinischen Stadium FIGO I/II
摘要
The surgical management of early-stage endometrial cancer has undergone significant refinement with the integration of molecular markers and the introduction of the International Federation of Gynaecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) 2023 classification. Minimally invasive hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy remains the standard procedure. Sentinel lymph node biopsy has become the preferred approach for nodal assessment and has largely replaced systematic lymphadenectomy. Molecular classification enables more accurate risk stratification and increasingly informs surgical decision-making. Close coordination between surgical treatment and adjuvant therapy is essential to ensure optimal patient care.
