摘要

Minimally invasive and robot-assisted pancreatic surgery increasingly modifies the treatment of pancreatic tumors and cystic lesions. Advances in imaging, technology and training nowadays enable the indications of complex resections with lower levels of invasiveness, at least similar morbidity and comparable oncological results. Nevertheless, the pancreatobiliary anatomy remains highly demanding and the learning curve is particularly steep. This article provides an overview of the current situation, the indications and the future perspectives.
