Ernährungstherapeutische Besonderheiten bei Patienten mit einem Magenkarzinom
摘要
Nutritional problems and weight loss are common in patients with gastric cancer and play a crucial role at all stages of treatment. Insufficient intake and absorption of nutrients leads to malnutrition, which has a significant impact on morbidity, mortality, and quality of life. To address malnutrition at an early stage, regular assessment of nutritional status and implement structured nutritional management are essential. Adequate and individualized nutritional care is the key to problem-oriented adjustment of dietary habits during the disease process, and given the complex changes in the gastrointestinal system, nutritional counselling should be an integral part of postgastrectomy care. Even after oncological treatment has been completed, there is an increased risk of nutritional deficiencies, which requires regular monitoring of relevant nutrients.
