Ernährung bei Patienten nach Gastrektomie
摘要
Patients diagnosed with stomach cancer always need to undergo either a gastrectomy or partial gastrectomy for curative purposes. This results in significant changes to patients’ food intake and digestion, which the healthcare team and the patients need to consider. The issues stemming from the structure and physiology of the stomach are explained in detail, along with their implications for patient care and nutrition. Additionally, helpful tools for quantifying nutritional problems are outlined.
