Zielgerichtete Therapie des nichtkleinzelligen Lungenkarzinoms
摘要
With the increasing knowledge about treatment-relevant molecular alterations, molecular testing has become an indispensable component in the initial diagnostics of metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. Never-smokers and young patients have a particularly high prevalence of targetable alterations. Targeted therapy is highly efficacious and the standard of care first-line treatment in cases of detection of certain gene alterations. Development of resistance mechanisms, the diagnostics and treatment of resistant disease determine the prognosis of these patients. An even larger group of patients can receive targeted therapy as second-line treatment at the latest. Molecular diagnostics has also entered standard of care for primarily operable stages of non-small cell lung cancer.
