Immuntherapie beim metastasierten Mammakarzinom
摘要
Immune checkpoint inhibitors are playing an increasing role in the treatment of solid tumors. Currently, they are only approved for treatment of breast cancer in triple-negative tumors (estrogen, progesterone, and HER2 receptor negative). The following review therefore summarizes relevant agents, biomarkers, and data relevant to approval. In addition, immune-mediated side effects and a coarse overview of their treatment are presented.
