摘要

This article examines the changing demands on managers in the care sector as a result of the growing importance of artificial intelligence (AI). AI offers considerable potential for reducing the workload — particularly in documentation and organizational tasks — but also poses ethical, legal and personal challenges. Management responsibility is indispensable: Managers must not only support the technical implementation, but also ensure acceptance, ethical orientation and team culture. New leadership skills are needed that combine technological, ethical and interpersonal dimensions. The article emphasizes that a responsible use of AI will only succeed if managers act as mediators between humans and machines and proactively address both the opportunities and risks. AI should not replace care, but rather provide targeted support.
