摘要

This paper elaborates a structural-phenomenological perspective on change in psychotherapy and pedagogy. Its point of departure is the distinction between enactive, iconic, and symbolic enactments, which are not conceived as ontological layers but as different modes in which experience is enacted—not as separate strata of being, but as distinct ways in which one and the same bodily process unfolds. Enactive enactments situate change in bodily sense-making as pathic responding and being affected. They are real in the sense of an experientially effective bodily event, without thereby designating a separate ontological realm. Symbolic enactments transform sense into meaning and render experience linguistically articulable and explainable, yet remain dependent on their grounding in bodily and imaginal enactments. The paper shows that change does not originate primarily in cognition or language but unfolds as a bodily grounded process.
