Trauma- und Ressourcenlandkarte (TRL) als diagnostisches und interventionsbegleitendes Tool
摘要
The Trauma and Resource Map (TRL) is a resource-oriented tool that supports psychotherapeutic processes in dealing with the consequences of trauma. It offers a structured and dynamic documentation of traumatic experiences in connection with the client’s existing and developable resources. Thanks to the graphic representation on a time and stress axis, the TRL enables targeted preparation, support and follow-up of therapeutic interventions. The importance of integrating resources into the trauma map should be particularly emphasized, as it promotes the oscillation between stressful events and strengthening elements. This helps to stabilize and increase the self-efficacy and resilience of those affected. The TRL is flexible and can be continuously updated so that progress is made visible and therapeutic cooperation is strengthened. Overall, the TRL is a practical and effective tool for trauma therapy that supports both diagnostic and therapeutic applications.
